By accessing and using Kanji Academy, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Kanji Academy provides an interactive Japanese language learning platform focused on kanji characters. Our service includes:

• Free access to N5 Lesson 1
• Premium subscription with access to all JLPT levels (N5-N1)
• Interactive flashcards, quizzes, and study modes
• Progress tracking and learning analytics
• Comprehensive kanji database with meanings, readings, and examples

As a user of our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service only for lawful educational purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent access restrictions or security measures
• Not use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service
• Respect intellectual property rights of educational content
• Not share your Premium account with others
• Use the platform in a manner consistent with learning objectives

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Distributing malware or harmful code
• Harassing or abusing other users or our support team
• Using the service to violate any laws or regulations
• Reverse engineering or copying our educational content
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass access restrictions
• Redistributing or selling our educational materials
• Using the service for commercial purposes without permission

Kanji Academy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Educational content is provided for learning purposes only. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of all educational materials, though we strive to maintain high quality standards.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may request account deletion at any time by emailing contact@kanji.ac.

Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
